Common questions

The app says a server is not responding

Open the server list, pull it down to refresh, and pick a server from the top of the list. If several fail in a row, another VPN profile on the device may be holding the connection — iOS allows only one VPN at a time. Turn "Connect On Demand" off for other VPN apps in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN.

I watched an ad but did not get connection time

Time is granted when the ad finishes or when you tap it. If the app was closed while the ad was on screen, the ad did not complete — connect again and let it run to the end.

I bought a subscription and the app still shows ads

Open the app, go to Premium and use Restore Purchases. Your subscription is held by Apple and can always be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Subscriptions are managed in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

How do I cancel?

On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Etha VPN → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
